All of our products are made to order, meaning they are created especially for you at the time you place your order. This helps reduce waste and keeps things a little kinder to the planet.

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a printing or quality issue — or if you’re unhappy for any reason — please reach out and we'll make it right. Please reach out within two weeks of receiving the item. While each case is individual, we will do our best to make things right, whether that means a replacement, a partial refund, or another appropriate solution.
